I think a lot about diversity in the publishing industry--or, more accurately,
the lack of diversity in the publishing industry. I don't as a general rule listen to podcasts. But I just found out about this podcast
Minorities in Publishing that makes me want to start. Has anyone given it a listen? Run by publishing professional Jenn Baker the site also has a great
blog that I can read until I work out how to weave the whole podcast thing into my life and routines.
