I've mentioned before how tricky it is for an untrained ape such as myself to get a good close-up with the Polaroid. Which is just one of several reasons why I'm so inordinately proud of the above image. I also love that it shows off Mabel's curls in all of their crazy big-hair glory. And it makes me happy that I thought to give it, for a title, one of the many adorable nicknames Mabel's stay-at-home-daddy has made up for her during their days together.
